I’m a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who brings both learned and lived experience into the room. I’ve spent years in healthcare, particularly oncology, sitting with people through some of the hardest, messiest, most uncertain seasons of their lives. I also know that understanding mental health from a textbook and actually living through hard things are two very different kinds of education. I bring both. I’m what I like to call a two in one provider. I combine medication management and therapy because I don’t believe mental health care should stop at a prescription. Medication can absolutely be part of the answer, but so can your sleep, relationships, stress, trauma, physical health, environment, habits, and the life you’re actually living. I want the whole picture. And I keep it real. I’m warm, direct, honest, and yes, there will probably be humor. You don’t need the perfect words or a polished version of yourself with me.
